Please release my fund and close the account!

Hi<br> On Sunday evening I opened an Investment account (Nedterm) online and setup a Stop order for R2000 but to go off as of the 21st of February. Yesterday I was buying and to my surprise my transaction got declined because I had insufficient funds. I checked my account online and my balance was reduced by R2200. I need this money back ASAP as I need to pay for my registration at Unisa which closes tomorrow for my course. I was told by the consultants who I spoke to that I would need to go to the Branch to close these accounts and I explained that I don't have time in the day to go to the bank as I am at work during the day and need the funds urgently. Can someone please close this Nedterm account and transfer the funds back into my account ASAP.
