Please pay back my R1000 that went missing due to a technical error you never advised me of.

On Saturday 26 July 2021 I had R1000 mysteriously disappear into thin air from my account. I called in yesterday and after being on hold for hours I finally get through to Thando who tells me that there is an issue of duplicate transactions Blah Blah Blah... Firstly I would like to know why on earth were we not notified about this "technical issue" in the first place and secondly Thando advised that my R1000 would be back in my account this morning and IT IS NOT!!!. Please pay back my money now as I have debit orders that need to go through tonight. This is more than frustrating especially because I now need to run after you like I owe you when it is actually the other way round. FIX THIS.
