Please need you to help me resolve this issue it's giving me sleepless nights

Morning I had an account with Nedbank ,and during 2017 I was ****** in town Johannesburg they took my bag where I had my phone my card an my other staff ,an I decided not to report the issue because I knew I won't get them it will be a waste of my time ,and knowing that am no more working and not using my card anymore I didn't report it ****** ,and during 2019 I went to open an FNB account suddenly am being told that Nedbank has blocked me into opening an account with them ,the same day I went to Nedbank they referred me to ***** department I called them they told me my card was used for ***** in a home loan ,I asked them how because I lost it and I have not used that card for almost 2years know that just said that's our finding , then I gave up was frustrated ,than last year I decided to the branch and ask them about it ,only to realise when I get there they say they don't have any account with me there's nothing they can help me with ..I left frustrated then I googled there ***** number I called they told me it's a Coca cola ***** account ,than I asked how and when they said the only thing is to investigate the issue and see ,after few days I called again was told there's nothing I can do ,I ended up googling other numbers again called ,found this white guy forgot his name he referred me to this lady that told me to make am affidavit and a copy of my I'd an take it to the branch and tell them to her ,and first day the lady had attitude kept on saying she cannot do that ,I left and called the lady who referred me and she said I should go try again tomorrow as soon as am there I should call her so she can call them ,I did that and she faxed the documents ,I left them , decided to call again after few days and thats where she told me that my card was used in a **** taking people money almost 2000 thousands and more in 2017 and it wasn't a home loan or a Coca cola competition ,then I asked how will I be helped she said there's nothing that will be done ,but I asked all this things where hapening why didn't the bank send me a letter or and email because obviously they have my email on the account ,I was hurt broken because I don't know anything about this am strangling don't even own a house or hold 2000 thousand on my hand , please I need your help ,and few days latter I decided to google the obasman for banks and called them ,they just sent me a form to fill in my email and I should sent it back attaching the affidavit and I'd copy ,I have not done it ,I just felt overwhelmed please I need your help
