Please Nedbank change my phone number so that I can approve it when doing payments

I have sent two messages on the Nedbank chat and two emails over the past week to change my phone number so that I can make payments with the approve it messages. I'm now in the uk and need to make payments. Please can someone help me change my SA cell no to my UK cell no. It can't be that hard surely?
