Please Nedbank Assist

Hi Guys how are you? My cards expired and I had no calls what so ever to arrange a new card. Also we have 1 free deposit per month in the bank on the Savvy. They charged me R1200 on 3 May 2022 for depositing R44k Please sort this asap as I have never had any issues with nedbank in 28 years love the bank. Thank you
