Please make it easier for clients

Good day, I just want to find out why It is necessary for me to go into a branch to fica my accounts when I could do it for my dad via email with FNB.

As a single mother of a disabled young adult it is extremely difficult to organise someone to look after him so that i can go in to have this done when it could all be done via email with another bank? Please explain.
