Please help process refund and close account
Hi can someone please respond to my query.
I was advised to close an account I have had for more than 10 years to avoid private banking charges that I had asked to be removed from since January or else it would take 3 months and additional charges if I continue using the account.
Please process the refund into the new account. And assist closing the account as per your advice.

25 Oct 2023, 10:25Still no feedback. I got a call at 7pm on the 17 October I asked for a call back the next day as the time was inappropriate. I sent emails with no response. Called the contact centre on the 19th October and I was told someone would get back to me. I just need the refund processed and account closed.
