Please help me ..I can't wait until your agents get out of training

That girl **** to me about my card..I've been waiting for 2 weeks and they delivered nt card to another branch I. Joburg and I'm in cpt. Now this agent tells me the branch I' want to receive my card doesn't allow for card collections...I'm being **** to and messed around. I called the branch myself and they said it possible..all branches are available for collections. I've been calling and calling now they saying I need to place a new order. Wat ****.iv send emails to *** blady fool tells me she is on training..what the he'll service is this full o lies and unorganized..can a manager fix this right now
