Please help i lost sponsorship because of nedbank

I write this letter because of the one thing i been running around for three years now i been try to open the account with nedbank of westgate from 2020 until now. I lost sponsorship because of account number i been asking for it i cant do POB an tax number because of nedbank account number for NPO of juventus sports academy
