PLEASE HELP
I cannot get hold of your Mail collections department to find out why a registered mail (RC 041 424 809 ZA) lying at the Johannesburg Post office since 2016-02-13 has not been collected. The Post Office advised that a \First Notification to recipient\" was sent out on that day.<br> Please advise."
