Please HELP!
Personal Loan Ref ***3- I am told my address differs from what was captured. I submitted the Proof to the consultant at the branch who was extremely helpful. The consultant has told me twice that she has resubmitted the document with my Proof of address that I left at the bank yet the call centre still tell me nothing has been updated<br> Please please can someone assist? I left a copy of my proof of residence at the Bank on Monday. I again resubmitted today. Please can someone assist to have this captured and expedited as I urgently need this resolved please
