Please Help

I went administration in 2008 and had a nedbank loan. The admin atourney did not pay the whole account. There is R122 outstanding that i would like to pay because now i cannot get a homeloan as the R122 is reflecting as bad credit. I called the legal department and waited fir more than an hour hearing every 10 seconds you are caller nr 1 in the line. Can somebody please call me back so that i can oay the outstanding amount and get the settlement letter please.
