I have a credit card with Nedbank, I filled in forms for disability cover, which I took out when I opened the account, I am on a disability Grant, but when I emailed the forms to Nedbank, my account was maybe just over the limit, I had been ill, so it took a while to get myself to the stage of filling the forms in and emailing them, I never heard from Nedbank again, until now, because I have quite a bit of money to invest from the sale of all my cryptocurrency. I don't understand why bank's jump to attention only when there is money to be made, but when it comes to helping people who actually need their help. They run up my phone bill
