Please do the RIGHT thing.

Hi Nedbank,

I really need your team to help.. this is frustrating. Late November 2019 I app**** for a loan with you, and the process was halted midway. The Agent at Cashbuild Vryheid gave me a confirmation that I don’t need to do anything from my side since the application was not fully processed. To my surprise Nedbank has been debiting my account since December 2019. I have spoken to 4 different people from your side, of which they have all promised to fix this bizarre situation. Still no luck. I was promised this is escalated to your legal team, till this month , every month I have to reverse this debit. I am charged every month for doing this.

Can you please help to stop debiting my account. I never received your money, nor used any of your accounts at Cashbuild. Please fix.
