Please can I have my money back ...

So I go to an ATM in brackenfell to draw money . First attempt , says you institution is offline. I try again and again I get a slip, institution is offline, however you are online enough to to debit my account , so forced to try a third time , I finally get my money. <br> <br> Please give me my money back , I have now 2 withdrawals on my account of which 1 did not past, the people at the branch were not to forthcoming either , as heaven forbid it was not 8:30 yet.
