Please can i get some help

Please can i have some help i made an arrangement for my payment for the 25 nedbank then sourced my bank account ignored the arrangement and just debited my accoumt with no prior notification, they cannot reverse the money while my current account remains in overdraft and i am held liable and now they want to close my account pls can i get help
