please assist with removing my judgement

Further to our recent telephonic conversation, I am writing to formally request your urgent assistance regarding the removal of a judgment listed against my name.

My outstanding loan account with Nedbank has been fully settled, and the account status has been updated to “closed” on the credit bureaus. However, the judgment linked to this account is still reflecting on my credit profile.

I attempted to resolve this directly with Experian by logging a dispute and uploading the relevant information. They have responded advising that they require either:

A valid paid-up letter containing the correct account details, confirming settlement of the debt; or

A rescission of judgment order

in order to proceed with removing the judgment from my credit profile.

, I kindly request that you please provide me with the necessary paid-up letter with full and correct details showing the amounts that's was settle, or advise and assist with the rescission process as a matter of urgency.

Your prompt assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.the below copy letter is what the credit bureau is not accepting to remove the judgement
