Please assist my money back

<p>I was depositing money (R1390) at Nedbank atm Klipfontein Branch in Witbank.</p> <p>The machine just switched off while I was depositing money and did not receive any slip to show that my transaction went through or not. The person I was depositing to checked her bank statement but the transaction did not appear on it.</p> <p>I went back to the branch to ask for help and trace what happened to the money but with no succes,it is a month now still with no help,the lady who was assisting me kept on giving me excuses.I do not know where to go now for assistance.</p> <p>Kindly assist.</p>
