Please assist cause now i have to pay the money that i did not take from Wonga and Finchoice

My information was uesd to open an account at Nedbank , and the account was used for *****s. when i found out about it , i did approach the bank about the incident, only to found out that the damage on my name is very huge , cause loans were taken using my name and funds will go into the nedbank account. i did approach one of the financial institution (loans) about the matter, they said i should ask nedbank to send me the letter that i did not open the acount and Nedbank is send me from pillar to post, i am not getting joy, my case was being investigated by Vis Govender in Durban then transferred to JHB Nedbank and being investigated by Hlapolosa Morwesi. it has been 1 month since i have requested the letter to send to Wonga loans services up to this day i have not heard from him. Each time i would send him an email he would respond by saying he is still waititng for his bosses to write the letter. How long does it takes to write a letter that states THE ACCOUNT WAS OPENED *****LENTLY?
