Pleasantly surprised

I must say, I'm impressed with Nedbank's response to my complaint. I was contacted by Tshidi Mabitsela within minutes. She promised to escalate my complaint. She did so and my complaint was addressed without much hassle, and to my surprise!!! I am keeping the account open now!
