Pleasantly surprise by Nedbank De Doorns!

I was pleasantly surprised by the great service at Nedbank De Doorns, western cape. Usually small towns struggle with good service, but for a change I received great help. I am actually with Nedbank's Young professional banking, but unfortunately my professional banker could not really assist met that great. Amelia on the other hand from De Doorns Nedbank offered me great service, and went out of her way to assist me with a problem with my card. She even contacted me to inform me what is going on. For a change I feel positive about going in to a bank and resolving a problem!
