Playing with peoples investments

On friday and saturday (28 and 29 Feb) i moved some money into my JUST INVEST investment account. on 1 and 2 March I dont see this money ANYWHERE. no longer in my account, not sitting in my investment account. So clearly in Nedbanks account earning them some interest. I then check this morning and see the money went into my selected investment account (Just Invest) and then a withdrawal from there into my 32 day investment account) which i DID NOT authorise or even request. it says it happened on 2 March. Which is impossible as I have mentioned - for 3 days i culdnt SEE the money anywhere. Not in account - not in investment. So how would i have moved it to another investment account? There is no way i would have put R50000 and then R4940 into an account and then move R54940 out and into a 32 day account) Then it shows R10000 and R3906.71 transferred into the 32 day account too.

THE ONLY AMOUNT I transferred is the R4940 the rest i know for a fact i sent to JUST INVEST.

What is amazing to me is all these transfers and movements showing on days that i DEF did NOT access the account - in fact - i had no SIGHT of my money for 2 days! It only all miraculously appeared this morning in my accounts.

I now want this money in the RIGHT (and requested) investment account. I dont want it in my 32 day account so what do i do? I make the MASSIVE mistake of actually PHONING you guys. only to be told (after 50mins on the phone) that you CANT fix it. I must go request it in a branch. What the heck is the difference of me requesting this face to face as opposed to ON THE PHONE?

you guys are always banging on about making banking easier with your apps etc but cant fix something easily? I DID NOT make these transfers to my 32 day accont and want to know how this happened and why it cant be rectified with a phone call?
