Played Lottery, but did not get my ticket.

On the 25th [email protected], i bought the R60.00 lotto ticket on the Nedbank money app. To my suprise, i did not get my ticket as i was suposed to. On the 26th, i phoned Nedbank raising my concern of not getting my ticket, but the funds went through. The consultant told me that she had lodged my complain and someone will call me. I only got the sms confirming my call, and my fer:no. Is ***7. I am worried as to why i did not get my ticket, and what if i was one of the top winners on the draw? Please, advise and assist.
