Platinum credit card holder, no joy with Nedbank

I lodged a complaint about missing funds, Bianca Thompson came back to me on the 18th Of June, I sent the relevant details to her but have received no reply or money back, I transferred R100 from greenbacks into the investment option on the banking site, the money disappeared (2nd of July, still no answer), I now again transferred R100 from greenback to cover card fees , that has also disappeared . the help at Nedbank is as bad as their charges
