PLA 689969 :Breach of contract

I made an arrangement with Nedbank from a loan I had made a few years ago. That I wanted to start paying an amount of R600 monthly.<br> <br> I have 2 accounts that are linked with Nedbank, that I also believe the Bank has access to.All was well since around Oct and I have always been under the impression that money was going off from either account. As they have access to both.<br> <br> Account ending 9778 always has funds and Nedbank decided to Debit R23529.20 on the 8/02/16 without any consent from myself or calls advising me of their intention. They had access to funds every month,but went to a wrong account, but opted to not check the other account. Until they decided to ********ly and without agreement debit such a big value,<br> <br> I am unemployed and those funds are meant to pay for children's fees and assist with my Job hunting. But Nedbank now has them. And when I called the bank,i clarified the agreement and advised that they should have called me and made me aware of what was going on and not just take money.<br> I need to pay the fees and I am told that refunds take up to 7working days.Please help
