I made an arrangement with Nedbank personal loans on the 16th of January for them to take the installment and an additional amount to cover the arrears. To my surprise i woke up this morning to a R6 000 deduction. My question is what was the point of me making this arrangement if they going to do their own thing. I am very ****ed off and i want my money back today!!!!!!
