Pillar to Post with Nedbank

This company wants you do fight and swear just to get what is yours. Their consultants don’t seem to know timelines and dates. Paid up a loan a week ago and I am still fighting for a paid up letter, yet I was told it will take 24hrs after I pay. They are frustrating and have exorbitant interest rates and poor service. Would never do anything with these ********
