Pillar to post is an understatement. I have been retrenched due to covid. Nedbank Card keeps calling me and saying I have insurance. They sent me to the Branch "at my Age" to fill in forms. Sat there for 2 hours to get help. The consultant then shoved me away whilst I was busy filling in the forms. Today I follow up with a very polite gentlemen Jesse who confirms I dont have "cover". If I didnt have cover why do you send me to go sit in a branch - exposing me to the virus???/
