Phone harrasment by Nedbank

Nedbank Homeloans department phoned me 5 times today. 3 times in 10minutes. After arrangements were made with a certain Nedbank employee who I won’t name and shame, who promised to phone me back yeaterday 16:00, which never happened. Really??? 5 times for the same “issue”. I cannot wait to end my banking with this institusion
