Called in to ask about what happened on my account as i had transactions which never made sense, she did not explain what was on obvious on the system and my statement but she helped calculate from the beginning of the month and every transaction and purchase made from the account even the smallest amounts. and at the end it all added up and she wanted to keep helping till i ran out of what i wanted to know. Customer service is a hard to get product in South Africa ,it felt good to speak to someone who is interested in helping rather than just answering a phone to tell you exactly what you see and have a problem with.
