Personalized card for what?!

How is possible that Nedbank has forgotten to update my surname on my credit card for two consecutive card renewals. The first time I was forgiving as the consultant told me that it will be done with the next renewal or I would need to pay for a new card. ALL my details are on my married surname yet my personalized platinum is still on my ****en surname. What makes it worse is that I bank with Nedbank, so how it possible that all my other cards are correct just not the credit card. Obviously being a platinum card holder means nothing!!! I want my card on my current surname and I better not be paying for a new card.
