Personal Relationship Banker - might has well be speaking to car guard as they are all useless

Hi I am a personal relationship banking client. I have had around 10 bankers over the past 10 years and none of them can execute anything I ever ask.

I had some money come into my account and I needed to hold it for 2 weeks. I spoke to my banker to confirm that I can deposit the money into my Bond and they will not recalculate the bond repayments when I put it in or take it out. She confirmed in writing that this was the case and this morning I got a bond recalculation message.

I have spoken to more than 5 of my bankers to sort this out for me. I made a stink 2 years ago and they moved me from Umhlanga to Melrose Arch (not sure how I landed up in KZN when I live in JHB anyway).

The only think my banker ever does, it let me know that my account is overdrawn on very odd occasion that it happens. I am happy with digital channels but joined the personal relationship banking for the improved interest rate when i took out my bond.
