Personal loans that dont make things happen!

I urgently required funds for tuition fees, after hearing raving reviews about Nedbank's service, I decided to give them a try with even contemplating switching my account from StandardBank. I emailed the bank more than a month ago, was told that consultant had moved, went personally into the branch and was referred to another consultant to assist me. The branch consultant was excellent and well versed in his job however the assessment and verification of the actual loan has still not been completed to date. I kept being told that they have technical issues and that the waiting period cannot be estimated. The reason why one usually requires a loan is due to an urgent need. This is very poor service and i certainly wont consider moving based on this service.
