Personal Loans Mayhem -Repayments

Truly disappointing at Nedbank and the way the personal loan division , I have tried several times to try to pay extra money into my personal loan with them to no avail . Since I have a bank account with another bank , they only accept cash as a means of payment for the personal loan , no bank transfers , no card ...nothing , while charging a hefty cash deposit fee , how can we pay our loans easily and know our balance , tried phoning the personal loans division no joy I waited over 1 hour on the line , how do credit providers work , they give you the credit easily but yet they make it so frustrating to pay them back !!!
