Personal Loans_FLABBERGASTED!!!!!

I am currently banking with Nedbank. I ahve a bond registerd with Nedbank, a vehicle financed by MFC and a personal loan that I app**** and got in 2012 at an annual interest rate of 14,5%. Today i app**** for a reload on the personal loan that I have been paying you for and I was quoted a rate of 30% over 24 months for a reload amount of R5000. This has really made me relook migrating my account to FNB!!! I am flabbergasted as I feel that Nedbank do not need nor appreciate my business or loyalty. Interest rates have gone up since the initial loan but they certainly have not doubled, to the amount that I was quoted for. The call centre (Ntombi) did not even sound like she cared for or wanted my business. With all that said. I will like to say CHEERS to your bank as i explore what FNB will offer me or even better migrate to Capitec!!!
