Personal loans department of NEDBANK are the Worst

Funny Nedbank takes no responsibility when it comes to such matters I have visited some branches where I got told it is out of their control and their collection department is ruthless as all they are doing is to collect. Yes that department Noone listens or will to hear any unsatisfactory complaints. So its clear this bank cares less of their clientele. I'm still struggling
