Personal Loans department Nedbank

Nedbank did not deduct my debit order last month. When I phoned to make an arrangement I spoke with a very rude consultant that refused to accept the amount I am able to pay back. I had to phone back later to speak with another consultant to make an arrangement Don’t know how he got his job!
