Personal Loans Department have zero regard

<p>I have been in a predicament for quite some time and have been unable to make payments towards my debt. I have explained the situation to my debt review centre who keep the creditors in the loop. Recently I earned some money and made a payment towards my debt. The very same day I had an amount of R1600 deducted from my Nedbank account which I never told anyone about. Therefore this debit was unsanctioned and not authorised. I contacted Nedbank and was told that NRB Solutions debited my account as my debt has been handed over to legal. Legal told me they would investigate and see about refunding me. I recieved no correspondence on this for a week and then called again and was told I must now contact NRB. The number however just rings and then a voice tells me that nobody is at the extension number. Basically, I must run around after people when I am the one in a world of debt, to get my OWN money back. Nedbank cannot process my reversal of the debit because NRB must confirm it first, but I cannot get hold of NRB. What must I do? Clearly, both Nedbank and NRB are in constant contact with one another and could very easily sort this out, yet I, who did nothing but have my money drained from my account, must now run around after people. Can someone please rectify this? Thank you</p>
