Personal loans department

So I app**** for a personal loan and went to sign for it. They approved it for a lesser amount so I decided to cancel it as I wouldnt have been able to go tot he bank to sign the new contract. I called twice to cancel the initial loan and both service agents confirmed that it was cancelled. I then called the lady who had assisted me with the application (Dinah) she also confirmed that it would be cancelled. <br> <br> Well I finally had a minute to spare and went to their Sandton branch, spoke to Granville who tried assisting with cancelling the pending application, without success. He then advised that I call Dinah to have the application reinstated but couldnt reach her. So need you people to tell me what I have to do to have the pending application either cancelled or reinstated. <br> <br> I dont have time to visit nor call your offices everyday.
