Personal loans cannot account compliance on my loan, their staff are telling me it's Friday and they're working from home

Nedbank removed me from DC without communicating to me. My DC partner is still paying them as they unaware. I get silly calls from silly people wanting me to repay nedbank but nedbank service centre is so bad. Yesterday a lady tells me it's Friday she's working from and it's getting late she can't talk to me that long. With my airtime and get being of no help. Nedbank staff can't disclose statements. What are they hiding in personal loans
