Personal Loan under review for 13 days and no outcome. - Back to assessmet and everyone plays the blame game.

Personal Loan now pending for 13 days. Just shy of two weeks ago I signed a quote for R200,000 to consolidate some debt. Previously the R175,000 was approved and increased to R200,000. The Agent Rachel Perez (***) Tel: signed me up 2 Oct 2019, on and I handed in copies of ID, Income of Payslips, Signed Quote Agreement,. There seems to be misalignment between the field agent and Bianca Conner (***) . They came back this week after I have been advised that they were having system issues that the offer was brought down to R12,438 and that I have to settle two existing loans. This after I said I will settle one of the big ones as I will only have to pay a R500 extra - and my income and expenses are still 100% in line. I have followed up every day, and as I write this the application has no status. I find this unacceptable, and that my time has been wasted by people who are really hiding away and blaming system issues for delays and then blaming each other. Very disappointed for Nedbank to properly assess that I can affford a difference addtionally of R800 per month.
