Personal Loan statement reflecting false information

Nedbank personal loan division is a disgrace. I paid my loan in advance; however, the statement says I owe them, and my account is in arrears. I called three of their consultants, ref number ***, *** (Sindiswa) and Aziza; all three of them couldn't assist. The first one sent me the very same statement I am complaining about the other sent me a settlement letter I JUST WANT MY UPDATED STATEMENT REFLECTING TRUE INFORMATION - IS THAT HARD TO ASK
