Personal Loan Statement

Hi,

I found myself being treated badly by Nedbank. I have personal loans with them of which they were handed over to Bankcol. Then Nedbank took them back under them as per Bankcol confirmation. I've been paying each month from 2019 to 2022 November using an account number provided by then and a Ref number. So I am trying to do a recon with them on a balance for me to close the accounts. But it is sad that they un able to pull statement for me even after I've shared with them all the proofs on my side. Now due to that I find myself stuck not sure what do any more. All the consultant I've communicated with none was ab le to assist me to get what i want. As I write this I find myself frustrated. Even this morning one of the consultant left me clueless on the line. It is sad and painful to experience such.
