Personal Loan Staments

I had a loan paid it up 01/10/2014 after receiving sms on 30/09/2014 balance due R2460.50 no statement no sms statements finally paid up. I work under ground there fore a don't take my cell phone to work. My wife usually answer my phone. On 02/01/2015 I went to Nedbank Randfontein Square to close my savings account I asked the lady that I had a personal loan and if it is paid up - she phoned the call centre spoken to them gave me a piece of paper to sign and said the account will be closed. End of story But on 09/01/2015 a got a call from Nedbank , my wife answered the consultant was not very friendly she wanted to speak to me my wife explained that I am at work and I am not taking my phone to work(Underground) asked if there is a problem she told them that the loan was paid up will fax proof to *** - no word after that. Last week again Nedbank phone I answered no they say a have a balance of R1850.00 +/- no they can send me sms statement. I have rep**** on that with email address - to send me statement. If they had send me an proper statement after my last payment I would have settle that, but the cost incurred know is Monthly Ins R335.45 and Monthly Admin R57.00
