Personal Loan Settlement

I went to the branch today. Called the helpdesk via telephone banking in the branch. Gentlemen said he will email me the offer letter then I must reply to it if I want more discount as I currently qualify for 20%.. STILL WAITING FOR THE EMAIL!! Anyone who can assist as I really want to settle this account and move on with my life. Due to my financial constraints I can only pay up the loan given 65% settlement discount
