PERSONAL LOAN PAYMENT ISSUES

Hi my name is Lane Senekal. My husband Wayne had 3 loans with Nedbank which was paid up to date up untill Oct 2011 - 24/11/2015 he had a major accident which left him temp disabled for 2 years and 4 months - he let Roedolf of his branch know that he was in hospital - Roedolf then came to see him as he had dread decease and disability cover on his loans - nothing happened and when he eventually got out of hosp much later he approached Nedbank again for the forms to have his loans paid in full - he completed the forms and the insurance paid the outstanding amounts - EXCLUDING THE ARREARS- they are now threatening with legal action for the arrears - how is this possible if he was incapacitated and could not work - he had external fixtures on his leg for more than 2 years -did he not do his part to contact Roedolf who came to see him in hospital - how does he have arrears then - Nedbank legal depart has now sent him sms' that they are sending the Sheriff for outstanding moneys - PLEASE HELP
