Personal loan payment double deducted

<p>I have a person with Nedbank and I pay a monthly instalment of R4109. The payment should go through on the 26th of every month. I woke up this morning and realized that they deducted twice on my account. I need the second payment to be reversed as soon as possible. I have bills and financial commitment to take care of. This is terrible </p>
