Personal Loan paid up - still to receive paid up letter (Account number: ***)

Please assist me with requesting paid up letters from the Debt review department at Nedbank.

A payment was made to my Personal loan *** , the proof of payment were sent and numerous calls to request a paid up letter,

I was told that the paid up letters would be sent after 5 – 8 business days.
