Personal loan paid into wrong account

I am a Nedbank client my salary is paid into Nedbank account I have been a client for years .I app**** for a personal and only to find that my loan was paid into another client account and the loan was paid on the 06/06/2022 its been almost 4 weeks now busy calling them to resolve tjis problem but am not getting anywhere until today the money is not in my account and comeonth end the Debit order will ne deducting in my account.am so tired I really needed this money but now I don't knw of I will ever get it.the consultant who tried to help me at the branch towhen I called her to check how far is the process she said they are waiting for the client to pay back the money and thatß when I will also get my money . So how long am I going to wait for the whole year because it's almost a month waiting now.
