personal loan or consolidation

Good day Manager I bought my brand new vehicle in 2017 and financed by you, however, when I make a personal loan the bank does not approve my loan. I am willing to take a consolidation because the purpose of applying for a loan to settle all my debts and start a business. I don't want to take from my bond as I am having a bond as well with you. I really need your assistance please as I want a financial freedom too.
